Each child will receive their own pre-packaged materials for the class to mitigate sharing of supplies. We also sanitize everything between each Learning Pod.
Backyard Learning Pods are held rain or shine, based on your discretion, so please have available space in case of bad weather. If a class needs to be made up, it must be done within the following 2 weeks, based on mutual availability.

How often can WMFK hold classes?
We can come once a week, once a day, once a month, or whenever you want something special. We can work with what works for you.
To ensure a consistent day and time each week, it is recommended that you schedule classes for several weeks at a time in advance. Class days and times are on a first come, first served basis depending on teacher availability.
What is the age range for classes?
The WMFK program has been developed specifically for preschool through 4th grade. Multi-age groups are welcome within that age range as we recognize the benefits of mixed grade levels in learning as well as social emotional development.
How much does it cost?

Parents will reimburse the host directly.)

What if we miss a class?
It is the responsibility of the Learning Pod host to provide space for the classes scheduled. If they cannot provide a space for a specific date or can no longer provide space for the Learning Pod, it is their responsibility to find an alternate location.
If the Learning Pod location needs to be changed for a specific date, WMFK needs to be notified at least 2 hours before the pod class time.
If the Learning Pod host cancels class for any reason, no refunds will be given; however, if the class is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance, the cancelled class may be made up during a mutually agreeable time within the next two weeks.
If class is held, but a student does not attend, there will be no refunds or make ups.
